X-Bax began as the experimental vehicle of Phil Dole (Chord, Dots, etc.) as a meeting between Phil's noise impulses and his reaction to spending a very intense weekend with an early Earth album, X-Bax evolved into a range of drone-ambient-noise objectives that continues to evolve.
